How do I book a luxury car service?
You can book online through our reservation form or contact us by call/text. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred vehicle, pickup time, and service type.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For early-morning pickups, weekends, holidays, and special events, booking earlier helps guarantee availability.
Do you offer same-day bookings?
Yes, same-day bookings may be available depending on schedule and vehicle availability. Contact us for the fastest confirmation.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes. You can update pickup time, location, or vehicle selection when requested in advance. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
Pricing & Payments
Are your rates flat-rate or hourly?
We offer both flat-rate airport transfers and hourly chauffeur service. Pricing depends on distance, time, vehicle type, and trip details.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We provide clear pricing upfront. Any additional stops, extended wait time, or upgrades will be discussed before charges are applied.
Do you offer corporate billing or invoices?

Which airports do you serve?

Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We track flight status and adjust pickup times for reasonable delays or early arrivals so your chauffeur is ready when you land.
Do you provide meet-and-greet with a name sign?
Yes. We can meet you inside the terminal with a personalized sign and assist with luggage—ideal for business travelers, families, and VIP service.

Wait Time, Stops & Luggage
Do you allow extra stops?
Yes. Additional stops can be added with notice. Extra stops may affect the total price depending on distance and time.
Can you help with luggage?
Yes. Chauffeurs can assist with loading and unloading luggage. If you need extra assistance, please note it at booking.
Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to full charge.
Is there a fee for late cancellations?
Yes. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
What happens if I do not show up for my reservation?
No-shows are treated as late cancellations and will be charged in full.
Can I reschedule instead of canceling?
Rescheduling is allowed with 48 hours’ notice, subject to vehicle availability. Requests within 48 hours may be charged in full.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. Our chauffeurs are licensed, insured, and trained to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation.
Is your service available early morning or late night?
Yes. We offer transportation for early flights, late arrivals, and scheduled pickups—based on availability and confirmed reservations.
Do you provide child car seats?
Yes. Child car seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know the age, weight, and type of seat required (infant seat, toddler seat, or booster) at the time of booking so we can ensure proper availability and installation.
